RETURN POLICY

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?  

Blåkläder Belgium nly accepts returns that have been registered in advance by means of an official RETURN REQUEST FORM stating either a copy of the packing slip and / or invoice and clearly stating the reason for return. The return form can be downloaded below or requested via info@blaklader.be

Blåkläder Belgium reserves the right to credit returns that are not accompanied by a fully completed return form, copy of dispatch note and / or invoice, to your net price of 1 January 2015 minus 15% handling costs.

The oldest net price minus 15% handling costs is used for new articles or new dealers (correction afterwards will not be possible). No warranty is provided on the basis of photos, the goods must be returned to us. Blåkläder does not provide any guarantee on zippers / buttons. The warranty on seams depends on several factors and should be considered on a case-by-case basis. The transport for each return must be arranged by the dealer and at his expense to Blåkläder Belgium. A net handling fee of € 2.50 will be charged for each returned, accepted item (not applicable to series of passes, subject to prior consultation with the office staff).

Refused returns:

• Clothing without packaging and / or label (no stickers or notes)
• Outgoing products (contact BLK)
• Special productions (lengthen / shorten / set up knee pads, …)
• Clothing with printing / embroidery (unless manufacturing defects – then the clothing and the printing carried out by us will be credited)
• Wear or tear from misuse or failure to follow our washing instructions
• Items that have been delivered more than 4 weeks ago
• Items that are in an unwashed and / or dirty condition
• Returns that are not accompanied by a return number with a clear indication of the reason for return
• Showroom models that are discolored

Rejected items will, after receipt of the return, remain at your disposal for a period of 1 month for collection in our warehouse. Rejected items will NOT be returned by Blåkläder Belgium. Items not collected on time will be destroyed by us. Any complaints procedure against Blåkläder Belgium is no longer possible after this month has expired.
